Share clear product images and/or a complete unboxing video so our team can verify the issue.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Requests outside the time window may not be accepted due to hygiene standards

Step 4 — Approval & next steps

If approved, our team will guide you on the next steps for return/exchange (pickup/return method depends on your city and case type).

Important details

To maintain hygiene standards, returns/exchanges are only considered when the item is:

  • Requested within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Unused / unopened and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all included parts (if any)
  • Supported with clear images and/or an unboxing video for verification

Once verified, our team will confirm whether the request is approved and guide you on next steps.

For safety and fairness, we may not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Requests made after 24–48 hours from delivery
  • Items with missing packaging, labels, or accessories
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (if applicable)
